You’ll shop in Campo de Fiori market, choosing fresh ingredients for the cooking class. Then you’ll prepare your meal in an exclusive apartment. You’ll make 3 types of pasta from scratch and prepare other dishes under the guidance of your chef to produce a full meal. At the end of the course, enjoy the dishes you’ve created. In this way, you become not a tourist, but a true traveller immersed in authentic Roman culture.

Q.How many dishes will we be preparing?

A.You will prepare 3 pasta dishes, 1 main course with a side dish and 1 dessert.

Q.Are drinks supplied?              

A.There will fresh water, white wine and red wine. Soft drinks can be arranged upon request.

Q.Can you cater for any dietary requirements?              

A.We can arrange for most dietary requirements to be catered for, please make sure to let us know at time of booking.

A. Yes, our classes are normally mixed with people from all over the world so English is the language of choice.
